Within a week, we were looking at the finalist apartments, and Cathy proved to be both knowledgeable of the market and invested in making sure we found the place that met our needs. Once we found the perfect location, we ended up having some difficulties getting approved due to an error in our rental history. Cathy was very engaged in helping us overcome the matter and even made additional calls and inquires on our behalf to help us get accepted. We were ultimately approved and moved into our perfect place and I know it was in no small part to Cathy's work ethic and dedication to her clients. I will be calling Cathy again once we are looking for our next place!
